Preparing for contractors

On 8th February, an army of willing volunteers started clearing the outdoor area of soil and tree stumps, prior to the contractors coming to tarmac this surface during half-term.

They did a great job:

This Saturday, in winds and rains, another army of volunteers (some back for second helpings!) came to finish off the job:
